Keep the cozy.
Let a breeze in.

GOOD QUESTIONS

A little clarity
before you choose.

Need help finding the right option?

inovalabgroup@gmail.com
Does it make cold air?

No. It circulates the air already in your room. Performance depends on ambient temperature and bedding.

Will it fit my bed?

The base clearance and outlet height must match your bed. Check the dimensions of the selected model before buying.

Can I use heavy bedding?

Air needs space to circulate. Bedding weight and how tightly it is tucked can affect airflow.

Is it silent?

Any powered fan can produce sound. We do not currently have a verified noise measurement for this model.

When will my order arrive?

Our current store policy allows 2–5 business days for processing and an estimated 10–25 business days in transit. These are separate periods, not a guaranteed delivery date. See the shipping policy for the full terms.

What is the return policy?

Return requests must be made within 30 days of receiving your order and are subject to eligibility and return conditions. Review the return policy before ordering, or contact inovalabgroup@gmail.com for help.
