Fitplug is a pair of thermoplastic molds that soften in hot water and harden into the shape of your outer ear. Each mold holds a soft sealing tip that closes the ear canal. Because the mold fills the bowl of your ear instead of relying on the canal alone, it stays put when you move, sweat, talk or lie on your side. If your ears change, or you rush the first attempt, reheat and mold again.

The moldable outer piece follows the shape of your ear, while the soft tip provides the seal. Follow the fitting and cooling instructions supplied with your kit and choose the tip size that feels comfortable.

How the seal works

The canal gets a soft tip. The outer ear gets a mold that holds it there.

Sealing tip

A soft triple-flange tip in small, medium or large closes the canal without needing to be jammed deep. The mold carries the load, so the tip only has to seal.
