Damaged, defective or wrong item?
Email us within 7 days of delivery — a photo or short video helps. Once confirmed, we’ll send a replacement at no extra cost or give you a full refund, and we cover the return shipping.

- When your return arrives and is inspected, we refund your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Your bank may take a few extra days to show it.

Please contact us before sending anything back. For change-of-mind returns, return shipping is paid by the customer. Gift cards, free or promotional items and final-sale items can’t be refunded (unless defective).
