After you order
- We prepare your order after payment is confirmed.
- Once the order ships, we email the tracking information.
- Follow the carrier’s updates and check that the delivery address is complete and correct.
Tracking updates can take a few days to appear. Carrier delays, customs checks, peak periods and weather can affect arrival.
Taxes and duties
Customs duties, import fees or taxes may apply depending on the destination. Under our shipping policy, these charges are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in the product price.

Check the tracking email and the carrier’s latest update. If a parcel shows as delivered but cannot be found, contact the carrier and email our team with your order number for further assistance.
