Can I ask a question before buying?

Yes. Email the product name or page link and the details you need to confirm. Dimensions, electrical compatibility, fit and accessory contents are useful things to check before choosing a model.

What does the quantity selector mean?

Quantity multiplies your selected option. For example, one “2 kits” option contains two kits; choosing a quantity of two orders two of that option. The total updates before you continue to checkout.

Are product pictures photographs of the delivered item?

Some pages use illustrative product scenes or visual references. They are labelled where applicable. Do not use an illustration to infer an included accessory, exact measurement, certification or performance result.

Where is my order?

Tracking is emailed after dispatch. Review the tracking link and our delivery information. Email us with your order number if you need help.

How do returns work?

Eligible returns can be requested within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition and packaging. See returns and refunds for costs, exclusions and instructions.

How can I share product feedback?

You can email us feedback about your order. Include the product and order number so we can understand your experience. Sending feedback does not automatically publish it as a review.
